Return Policy

RETURNS POLICY & PROCESS 

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
  • Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags were provided and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
  • When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
  • If an item has a security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.

Luxury Live allows exchanges within 14 days after delivery.

In case the customer wants to exchange the item for a different item, he/she needs to pay $9.99 for one way shipping.

Wrong items received

The returning of products because of differences from what was ordered or product defects will be authorized by Luxury Live within 7 days of delivery.

In order to return such items, customers must contact Luxury Live by E-Mail to support@luxury.live 

Such E-Mail should include the date of purchase, along with the choice of reimbursement method. The client must also provide photographic evidence for any defected products.

The product, along with its original packaging, as well as any other items received must be sent to Luxury Live in order to protect it from damage.

Requests for refunds made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
